Meet the team

Steve Hayward (Founder) began his career working for the forestry commission and moved onto establish Hayward Fencing in 1977. Steve has over 50 years experience in the trade and his traditional techniques, attention to detail but most of all pride and commitment to his work has created the great reputation the business has today.

Mike Hayward  (Director) joined the business in 1999. Mike studied horticulture at Sparsholt College and is also fully trianed to use chainsaws and fell trees.  Now with over 25 years experience gained in this trade, Mike is a confident expert in every aspect of fencing, gates and landscaping.
